Cendant Real Estate Services Acquires Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Ltd. (Real Estate News)
RISMEDIA, Nov. 3 Cendant Corporation (NYSE:CD) announced that its real estate services subsidiary, NRT Incorporated, has acquired Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Ltd. and Coldwell Banker Commercial Pacific Properties, Ltd. in Honolulu. With this announcement, Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, the largest residential real estate brokerage in Hawaii, will now be owned and operated by NRT.
