Boston Capital Real Estate Investment Trust, in partnership with Alliance Residential Co., acquired the Broadstone Preston at Willow Bend, a 229-unit apartment complex on Preston Road in Plano. The complex has 23 buildings, a clubhouse and a fitness center on 12.8 acres.
